TK-100 is most commonly used as a warehouse floor coating, due to strong chemical-resistance, ease of application, and high-solids coverage. TK-100 is also used as highly durable, cleanable kitchen & walk-in refrigerator flooring. TK-100 meets Federal EPA RCRA Regulations 40 CFR Subsection W. Standard colors and factory custom-tinting available. TK-100 has a pot-life of 8 to 24 hours, depending on ambient temperature. Coverage is excellent, considering matrix porosity and Wet Film Thickness applied. TK-Tred is a self-puckering, slip-resistant version. Additional aggregate, such as
KrystalKote is a high-solids aliphatic polyurethane coating, providing a flexible, color-fast, absolute moisture- and chemical-resistant barrier. Standard colors and factory custom-tinting available. KrystalKote meets EPA RCRA Regulations 40 CFR Subsection W - Drip Pads. Coverage is excellent, considering matrix porosity and Wet Film Thickness applied. Concrete slab or cinder-block wall exhibiting hydrostatic pressure exceeding allowable maximum, should be first treated with ASTM F1869-98 tested
KrystalSeal penetrating epoxy, per prep & application guidelines.
